• Re-positioned company by establishing the Mission and Values statement, target audience, and marketing channels after assessing the previous business model. The revised business model, coupled with product and strategy realignment, has led to meetings with billion-dollar private equity firms.

• Designed Excel models used to assess the credit quality of counterparties compared to industry peers, collaborated with front office in structuring trades to ensure credit risk remains within bank's risk tolerance and provided recommendations to senior management and business for credit-related concerns.
• Reviewed existing credit software, identified deficiencies and actively participated in the improvement of credit tools to ensure risks are accurately captured, reported and mitigated.
